Our Technicians can provide safe and reliable remote support for most of your IT needs, as long as you still have stable internet access.

Using a remote control program, with your permission, our consultants can connect to your computer(s) and address issues right in front of your eyes, or whilst you are doing other things.

Fill in the Make a Request form to the right or on the Contact Us page, or call 1300 072 527 to book an appointment. The consultant will point you to where you can download the remote control program and help you with installing it. Once downloaded and installed, run the program and it will assign an ID and password that you can supply to the consultant and allow the consultant to take control, whilst you also have control if needed. After the session is completed you have the ability to change the password so that the consultant can no longer access your computer.
